Can you repair my windshield, and how much time does it take?

We can repair any windshield with a crack up to 18" (that does not mean that it will pass inspection, call for details) while you wait.  Usual drive time on that would be about 15-20 minutes, but if the repair is wet and we need to dry it out that could take longer.

How much notice do you need in order to replace my windshield?

For a windshield replacement we can normally do it same day; as long as we have the appointment scheduled before noon and the technicians route is giving, other wise it would be next day service.  The only time we need more notice than that is if it is an off windshield or you would like us to order directly from the dealer (in most dealer item cases we can get the same glass for a fraction of the cost from our local vendor).

Does my insurance cover this?

For a rock chip repair most insurance companies will pay for up to 3 rock chips at a time making no out of pocket cost to the insured; some insurance companies have applied a new rule that you may only get rock chip repairs if your comprehensive deductible is $0, however in most cases we will waive up to $100 of the deductible to replace the glass  In order for you to use your insurance you MUST have full coverage and some insurance companies apply your comprehensive deductible.  Please call us or your angent for full details or ask one of our customer service representatives.
